It is through the small things we do that we learn, not the big things

Feeding his brain with the right information

Everything that enters our mind acts more or less strongly in our minds one way or another. Do not be naive and believe you are able to manage all the information you're exposed to. We must at all costs choose what goes into our minds, you must avoid exposure to sources of information that is negative and does not allow you to entertain or to grow.

Life must be lived with a sense of pleasure and the evolution of the human race. Any other goal in life should be consistent with these simple principles, but very difficult to achieve when you allow any kind of information reach your mind. Deliberately I subtract any reference to any concept of faith or religion, please include it if you want, it blends very well in the evolution of the human race, unless of course you have regressive or closed religion.

Feeding your mind is not a simple task, it is not easy to choose the information we want to receive, most of the time we received this information involuntarily and without supervision or even a choice. By cons, a large amount of information we received is entirely under our control, it is thought that the simplest things such as television news, newspapers and even to some extent what from the Internet.

Many people attribute their depressive feelings, negative and angry at their childhoods, their financial situations, their social contexts and even disadvantageous to their spouse. In reality there are certainly some things, but for most of us it is mainly the fact that the information we received on a daily basis maintain the contextual causes and developing new ones that are not part of our lives.

For example, it is difficult to watch starving children , with no opportunity to learn to possibly improve their lives, who are forced to work at a young age. These images and stories affect us and often we feel powerless, cynical about society or even guilty for not doing more for these children other than give money to implement desperately trying to help. These situations are generally presented in a questionable way.

At the same time we get impatient with our own children because they cannot appreciate the extraordinary opportunity they have to live under skies of peace and opportunity available to a minority living on this earth. We ask our children to have an adult behavior to face situations and in doing so we provoqued conflicting family situations due to information presented out of context and above that are not adapted to the level of development and consciousness children can have, teenagers and even young adults under 30 years.

This example may be too complex for certain person, but it affects a large number of people who use this information to understand their children things that are totally beyond their reach. As a human being you can change the world by changing yourself, but certainly not trying to change others, and even less with examples from a context that is quite inappropriate as the example described above.

Of course all this gives a final result a gloomy atmosphere, negative, not constructive or even demoralizing for both adults and children. Such information shall not be received so sensational as do most of the media now. This information must be gathered objectively and in particular with an overview of the situation, not just the consequences that are sometimes less dramatic than what we present. Hence, the importance of managing what comes, do not let the mass media to invade your mind, you must avoid, condemn, ignore it and especially do not expose yourself to these sources of unhealthy information and devastating.

Tell me how you manage what feeds your brain.

The 7 days of the week or 7 habits to combat anxiety

  1. Close for ever door that gives access to your past and stop looking at what's coming, or at least what you think or want is going on and experience the present moment with gratitude and pleasure. This day will never come back into your life, make it a work as you know how to do it.
  2. Take care to do the essential things, keep your mind active and playful. Active people do not have time to worry about small insignificant things and particularly do not have time to wonder what will happen tomorrow or after tomorrow.
  3. Let the law of averages work for you, assess the chances that the worst case occurs and you find that the chances they occur, are mostly, almost zero, then act as best you can and stop to worry about in case.
  4. Do your best and the best of your knowledge in all honesty and trust your common sense.
  5. Watch what you've done, what you have positively influenced and forget the worries and the alleged risks. Take stock of your accomplishments versus your real failures. Successes are very much likely that your frequent failures. Trust yourself, after all you've done so many things so far and your errors were generally not irreparable.
  6. Invest a little time each day to the other, forget you and spend this time entirely to others. Be the smile benefactor and the distributor and listen to people and you really realize how important you are.
  7. Give free rein to your imagination and don't stop dreaming of the realization of these projects. Let your creativity explode even if those projects seem farfetched. Have fun to imagine the success of these projects and no doubt you will succeed one day or another to achieve one or more of these projects.

The new tools of communication and its critics

The rapid development of communication tools makes it easier now to get in touch with an incredible number of people across the world to communicate quickly, easily and efficiently. However, again, some people believe that these new ways of communicating are transient, they diminish our expertise in using the language and they threaten our privacy.

A little reminder, in the mid-1900s, when the ancestor of Twitter, the telegraph emerged, many people believed that few people had enough things to communicate quickly to use this medium. Three decades later, inventor of the telegraph, Samuel Morse saw no need to buy the patent for the invention call telephone. Mr. Morse and the Western Union considered that there was little point in using a communication tool that could not keep written evidence! Who would dare make verbal agreements with no proof of conversation contents !

In 1930 in the New York Times editorial, it was clear to them that using a typewriter endangered art of handwriting, which could allow thieves to take advantage of the  edotors copyright ! Is this an argument for anti-bloggers?

With all these communicate access, exchange information in all its forms, it is difficult to predict what will be the impact on our society, but we can say without any doubt that if the past is any indication of the future, the future world of communications will be very constructive and beneficial to the entire planet.

Facing disappointments, challenges

During our short life we are often faced with situations that do not end like we wanted. Obviously, some situations have no impact on our lives, for example, the defeat of one of your favorite sports teams, a missed appointment at the dentist, etc.

In other cases the consequences are more annoying, even more irritating. To continue here are few examples in the daily life; when you have a flat on the road and you are not able to install the spare tire, when the transit is delayed and makes you miss an important office meeting etc..

Finally, there are situations that have consequences far more serious and cause you stress quite important or very important, for example, you do not get the promotion you thought you were due, you do not you find a job for various reasons on which you have no control, the performance of your financial investments drastically affect your lifestyle and your future retirement.

All these disappointments have the particularity to pick us up from the inside, you still live such a disappointment so emotional. According to the negative consequences that you anticipate you will have an emotional reaction, not controlled, which will be confusing to a point where you will stop to eat, you will have trouble sleeping, you will feel like a failure and sometimes you get sick.

Beware, negative stress as it is extremely dangerous for your body and your mind. These disappointments are sometimes difficult to deal positively, because you do not see at the outset how you will exit and you're not positive on what the future holds because of these events.

It is imperative that as soon as possible, e.g. within a few hours, you stop fretting about possible consequences of these events. You must act immediately, I repeat, you must act quickly it's the key to deal successfully with this disappointment and the only way, to be really effective to quickly eliminate these fears. When you are in action you must focus on what you do, therefore you have less time to think and get stress on the possible negative consequences, which by the way have not yet arrived!

There is no magic potion to get through a situation, a disappointment or a difficult time in life. You just know that life is filled with opportunities that are revealed when you begin to move and you decided not to let these events take control of your life. As you've probably heard the maxim tons of times "this is not what happens to you that is important is how you react to it." Even if this maxim seems a cliche, it is the recipe to follow.

Health

From all the situations we must face in life, the health is the one which makes us most fear, the one for which our doubts are the most stressful and the one who can have a devastating influence on our future. It’s normal being anxious when health is involved, without counting the fact we are true ignoramuses in this domain. Even these doctors, despite the fact they are competent, they have a very limited knowledge of the human body and its secrets that operate this magnificent machine of human life.

Since we are moons to see really clear, there is no recipe that can prevent you from getting sick, because you will, one day or another, but there are still ways to avoid numerous of them. The current knowledge allows us to presume that certain basic principles are beneficial. As for anything in life, moderation has much better taste. Abuse is rarely a solution for a problem and seeking in a too intense way some parts of the body, alter it prematurely and often in a permanent way.

To simplify the principles to something easy to do and to understand, here is some recognized assertions which will give you some indications to live healthy;

 to maintain a healthy weight, you must spend the same number of calories you gain, simple principle, but for many people it seems difficult to do

 to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, don’t consume saturated fat and avoid salt on food (there is enough natural salt in food)

 to decrease the risks of type 2 diabetes, avoid adding some sugar in what you consume (there is enough natural sugar in food)

 to decrease the effects of aging on your bones (osteoporosis), consume dairy products every day (moderately) and make a minimum of body-building to allow the muscles to support your osseous mass

 to reduce the effects of aging on your intellectual abilities (analysis and memory), do some reading, play strategic or memory games and continue to educate yourself on anything you find interesting

As you found, keep things simple and you must take steps to maintain your body and your mind.

The homeless, these unknown

For people living in large cities, the phenomenon of itinerant or homeless is something normal, there is nothing unusual to see one of these people asking for money with a smile and mostly a thank you even if you do not give him anything.

Every time I see one of these people and I mean every time, I always wonder what has been happening in their lives to become what they are today. Of course I am aware that there are a number of those people in the street because they have a mental illness and they are not adequately treated and monitored. However, we all know that most homeless are not in this situation.

I make this reflection this morning because I recently went to downtown Montreal (my hometown) and there was a homeless shelter that was next to a parking machine and with his cap hanging to collect money and welcome me with a nice hello. I returned the favor and then he started to explain the machine seemed to refuse all credit cards, but what a surprise, his manner of speaking, his vocabulary, his speech and his playful attitude to me where simply impressive.

It is clear that the person facing me was intelligent, educated and with great ability to interact with people better than most people I know. Again, I was confront to a person who lived a life situation that I could not explain. I understand that a person in depression can happen at any time in his life dropping everything time to heal, but the homeless are not all people with depression illness!

All this means that when you're facing a homeless, take time to ask yourself some questions like: is this really what the person wants as life? Was it really in his wildest dreams of becoming a homeless?

Just ask him instantly triggers a feeling of compassion towards these people. Compassion is not pity, but a feeling that makes you let go of our negative judgments and we tried, at least for a moment, to walk in their shoes. It is from this moment we realize that these people need to be treated like you and me, that is to say an equal, with respect despite their physical appearance. Never forget the saying "the clothes do not make the man", simply think of tie bandits!

Tell me what you think, tell me how to react when you face these people.

Be honest with yourself

In life the development of his personality is gradually and is generally for the better, at least with yourself. There are several events that cause us feelings sometimes negative, sometimes positive, but rarely reacted with indifference to what surrounds us. This is the main reason why you must learn to know yourself and especially to be honest with yourself. Be careful not to underestimate, it is the danger of the recall, because often we tend to compare ourselves to others, which is really the last thing to do. Why? When we compare to others, we compare our weaknesses with the strengths of others and inevitably the gap between the two is exaggerated.

I simply mean to agree to face reality in the face, do not rationalize the situation, that is to say, irrational excuses, we must carefully determine what you do, why you do and what you want to do better. From the moment you have identified clearly where you are and what you want, you've done the long way the most difficult and emotionally demanding, that is to say, one to look the truth in many face to finally find solutions.

It sounds simple, but too few people dare to do, most people think their life situation is acceptable, but when you talk to them, they have no spark in their eyes when discussing of their they life, what they do and their projects. They seem to live on a treadmill that goes nowhere without panoramic, without challenge and does not require them to excel and use their real intellectual and physical capabilities.

The subject is very wide and is dotted with exceptional situations, but tell me what you think, I am very curious to find out your views, learn what you live, you feel and what you do to go to a true awareness with yourself?

A balanced life - Work

Work is health! Until recently, I did not understand that expression. I finally realized it was more mental health than physical health. When a person feels less useful to society or his family, it becomes easily depressed and anxious. When it comes to work, it simply means, feel useful and that the fruit of our efforts are useful and responsive to one or several needs in our living environment.

It's as simple explanation, but so important. The reason I explained this expression is that for many, work is a requirement for earning a living and generate income. Of course basically it's the first reason we are working. But how to stay motivated if you work only for money? You can’t stay motivated for long, there will come a time when your presence in your work is only by financial obligation. When that time comes and believe me, it happens very early in your career, you will find every reason possible and imaginable to try to go away and do something else.

No matter what you do for a living, the most important is to understand the value of your work and do whatever it takes to perform well. Don't be influenced by the attitude of others, your work ethic is what is most important. Even if you produce twice as much as your fellow workers and you are paid the same salary, it does not matter. If you give the best of yourself, you give value to your work, you'll feel really good and it is likely that this performance will be noticed and appreciated by your superiors or customers.

Generally, people offering very good performance without supervision have significant advantage when the time comes for promotions or special requests in terms of holidays, holiday accommodation or special situation. Be the employee that you wish to employ and you want in your team and it is very likely that sooner or later some great opportunities will arise by themselves.

In doing so, you will feel good about your job, you'll want to go at work because you know the outcome of your work is useful and meets a specific need. You'll be at peace with yourself knowing that you truly give a good performance. When our mind is clear, it is easier to have a balance in his life, since we did not worry about the repercussions to come as opposed to those not performing as they should.

Perseverance - The secret of success - But how?

Usually perseverance refers primarily to sports and studies. What I am referring in this article is the perseverance to pursue your dreams. A large number of motivators, books and conferences strongly encourages us to dream, believe in our dreams and visualize what we want to achieve.

What I want to talk about is the journey that awaits you and affect your motivation, your determination and the definition of your dream. In many cases the dream is quite simple and easy to visualize, for example, you dream of vacation to Hawaii, buy a car or anything else more or less material.

When it comes to less palpable dreams as becoming financially independent, get a challenging job with opportunities for advancement, having a successful career well-defined or a successful family life. Finally, all those dreams are, strongly influenced by emotions and the desire to be recognized and to feel having a successful life.

In these dreams, the kind of perseverance is one that requires a good judgement, to be realistic and not turn away from reality, ultimately adjust your shot and continue to act on your dreams.

A concrete example, if you dream was to become a psychiatrist and you are not able to get the grades required for admission to medical school, most people will try to find something easier to succeed and very often something completely different. Why? In many cases it is because their self-esteem is affected and these people think they should move to areas much easier to achieve, even if they have less interest in these areas.

The secret to success? Identify what you really love in becoming a psychiatrist and identify areas that are closest to what drew you it in the field of mental health. Continue to tap the nail in one way or another, but also continue to act in the direction of your dreams, trust the future and you will discover ways and means that will get you closer to your ultimate dream.

The great benefit of always align its actions on the fact the nearest of his dreams, is the pleasure we take in every little victory, over time we realize that our perseverance approach us a little closer to our goals. Sometimes it is long, very long, but it's worth it because in the way we realize our dreams is much more a journey of life than anything else.

When you discover that success is to make adjustments, changes the way of achieving your dreams you will achieve your greatest success. You will appreciated the feeling experiences buy not to let it go through life and enjoy the opportunities of life despite the obstacles and the difficult events of this life. You discover you are able to cope with life in all conditions and still managed to achieve a great number of your dreams.

The ethic code of our elected

With all situations and disturbing information we receive from media, it's really disturbing to live in a society run by people having a questionable ethics code.

What prompts these people to do that? Note that the sinews of war in politics is money. To have a good chance of getting elected, it takes a lot of money and thousands of volunteers. The recipe is simple, if you managed to bring you supporters to vote, the better are your chance to win. To achieve this feat it is necessary to have tons of volunteers and lots of money to spoil these volunteers and a lot of money to attract people who work in agencies and influence their members.

So to win it takes money, something that political parties don't have in most cases. I'm not saying that winning elections is the only reason the ethics code for elected officials is doubtful, but it begins in this way. Once you start playing that kind of game, it's difficult to leave without negative consequences.

Moreover, if you analyze the number of hours worked by those elected versus what they receive as compensation, it is certain that our elected officials will not get rich with these salaries more than average. If we were calculating the hourly rate depending on the hours they devote to their work, it would be among the poor of this society.

So, as a representative of the society, with major decision-making powers, it is easy for most of these people to feel important, which means the fact of being treated as such. This is not the case since our elected officials are criticized every day and that their behavior is scrutinized as if they were bandits. End result, good numbers of these elected officials are tempted to accept to be spoiled by entrepreneurs who effectively apply the proverb "the end justifies the means".

I do not want to go further analysis of this situation, I just wanted to give you some thinking on the situation experienced by our elected and the risk engendered by lack of funding of political parties and to sub pay those elected.

Depending on your point of view it would be interesting to have multiple views of the community, who knows, from these comments, perhaps we could make suggestions to our elected officials. The floor is yours.

The effects of negative information

Everything coming in your mind acts more or less strongly in your feelings one way or another. Don't be naive to believe you are able to manage the incredible amount of information you are exposed. You must absolutely choose what goes into your minds, you must avoid exposure to negative sources of information which are not entertainment or educational.

Life must be lived with a sense of pleasure and for evolution of the human race. Any other goal in life should be consistent with these two principles, but it's very difficult to achieve it when you allow any kind of information reach your mind. Deliberately I subtract any reference to any concept of faith or religion in this set, if you like to include it, it blends very well in the evolution of the human race, unless of course, it's a regressive or closed faith or religion.

Feeding your mind is not a simple task, it's not easy to choose the information too receive. Most of the time we received this information involuntarily and without supervision or even any choice. Meanwhile, a large amount of information we received is entirely under our control, such as television news, newspapers and even at some extent what is available on Internet.

Many people attribute their depressive, negative, and angry feelings at their childhoods, their financial situations, their social contexts and even to their spouse. Reality is probable a part of that, but for most of us, it's mainly the fact that the information we receive on a daily base feed these feelings. Worse, many people develop new problems which are not even part of their lives, in other words, they invent new problems.

You really have to ask yourself serious questions about what you listen, read and look and the harmful effects of these negative information are real.

Why help the poor ?

The difficulty with this type of support often comes from the fact we wonders if the money we send goes to its destination and it's used for good purposes. Also arises the question whether the poor are not abusers of society.

Are they really abusers? Sure, but let's be serious, the majority of  helpless people really need help and they do not wish to remain there all their lives often these people are facing a temporary situation or in many cases the disease is the cause that keeps them in this situation.

Not easy to break this kind of position when it's a result of mental illness or chronic illness that prevents them from finding employment or becoming an entrepreneur. The majority of these people are grappling with this problem, for others they generally are people convinced they can challenge the system! For what purpose, I cannot answer you, this way of thinking blow me out.

Now, when making donations, does that money really can be found in the hands of good people and is the money properly used. A very difficult question to answer. To get the correct answer must be that you must do a research yourself with the institution you want to give. I agree that this approach is demanding, but if you're really serious, it's worth it to do this exercise before sending the hard earned money.

What to do for our friends in the street, those who ask for money everywhere and in many cases not even thirty years? Decide for yourself, but when you watch these people, try to think of this: you really think these people are happy to be in a similar situation? What happened to their childhood dreams of becoming an astronaut, doctor or firefighter? Just ask the question makes us realize that these people have certainly experienced very negative things to go downhill in the street that way. Do not judge, you must try to understand and imagine a real solution to help them do it.

Criticism - An attitude to avoid

To accept criticism, make a critical, even the word is aggressive from the start. Topping the list of types of criticism there is the "constructive criticism"! What an aberration, how a critical can be constructive? By definition a critical is a blame, simple as that.

It is so easy to criticize people acting, criticizing design, organization, how people are dressed, how people go about doing things. I want to point out that whatever the criticism, the receiving it is instantly negatively affected. It's not possible to build something if you start by blaming.

If your intention is really to respond positively, I suggest you never criticize, but simply ask questions to understand the process used and then re-explain the purpose and outcomes and then work on amendments from suggestions and similar example you may submit to clearly present your point.

I do not mean that you are wrong to criticize, I understand that in many cases it's legitimate and necessary. However, if you want to increase your chances of being carefully listened and you sincerely want to help people, it is important not to confront people if you want these people to listen.

Think about the way in which you can explain your views, your guidance without starting with a review. I secured from the outset it will be easier for you to deal with situations since you have a REAL constructive approach.

What do do with his life ?

That is a question most people have great difficulty to answer. Some people have particuliar passion and a predisposition to succeed in what they are passionate, but these people are exceptions. For others, like me, we have several areas of interest, although this is not necessarily passions, but we have not yet developed our talents and skills to successfully move to one of these fields of interest.

This seems a lost cause, but this is not the case. Simply, we must take the path of experimentation to help us better define what we want to do and what we're gone do to achieve it. Moreover, we must add the chances of life, encounters with people with positif impact in your life, they will guide you, add to this, life events forcing you to make some difficult choices, forcing major changes in your life.

Whatever happens in your life, the most important thing is to learn to see life as it is and the way your act to it. You must believe in your potential, but you must learn to set goals large enough to force you out of your comfort zone. Take a look back at your life and you will find that whenever you learn something, you have developed new knowledge and new skills, it was situations in which you were uncomfortable, requiring from you an extra effort to get through the situation.

The more you dare try, the more you discover your talent and the better are the chances of discovering what you will do in your life. The secret is an action and build trust in yourself, but don't hurry, take time to get there.

Congratulations Mr. Obama for your Nobel Prize

Nobel Prize was awarded to a man of heart. Nobel Peace might as well be called Nobel Prize for pro-active management. Why? Mr. Obama has certainly made significant efforts to bring back discussion to a diplomatic approach to resolve conflicts rather than brandishing the threat of war, high specialization of its predecessor. However, Mr Obama served on a number of unprecedented reform on sensitive issues that have major impacts on the lives of American citizens.

I do not give God without confession to Mr. Obama, or anyone else besides, but so far, in truly difficult circumstances, he was able to react and make a concrete and positive impacts on those leaders of major companies. He managed to shake the turf of these tie bandits to such an extent that they are less protected in their glass rod.
To give Nobel Peace to Mr Obama warms my heart because the example of this man gives a slim hope that the human race may have an opportunity to evolve towards a better world. It was a long time this planet did not have such inspiration from the hand of an officer in a position to act, to influence and make things happen. Fortunately for us, Mr Obama is a man of action who dares to do things, not always successfully, but he keep on rolling toward a common sense vision for his fellowa AND THE REST OF THE WORLD.

One day left before the clown astronaut show with his band

Tomorrow evening we will have the chance to attend a presentation of an unprecedented show on the more valuable natural resource , water. This message is very important and will be broadcast around the world. Mr. Laliberté has decided to use his reputation combined with his unprecedented extra planetarial adventure from a regular citizen without specialized education.

The importance of this message will allow a huge number of people to be aware and better understand the challenges as ordinary citizens, business leaders and government officials of course. The dissemination of this information will enable us all and everyone to understand what we can do for our neighbor and how we can act effectively.

Even if our actions have minimal impact on the situation it should certainly not be underestimated as the global effects represents a considerable sum that can really make a difference. Unity is strength and it's the message we will receive during this presentation tomorrow night.

On holiday every day

Does your employer asks you to stay connected to your work intellectually and emotionally, outside your working hours? For most of us this is not the case, but many people fail to make the transition between the hours spent at work for a living and hours of freedom after work. You read, hours of freedom, those hours are yours, it's your time, you're free to think what you want, do what you want and organise time off as you wish without having to for report results of your actions to a boss or a client: you're on vacation!
No need to search from noon to twelve to understand this principle. Of course, you have other obligations to meet. If you think when you take vacation, you have no obligation to fill, you should perhaps come back on Earth. The only activity you don’t have in vacation, is to work for a living. For everything else, you roughly have the same obligations, but they are made in a different context. Your obligations don’t change much, but the context is quite different. Therefore you must approach your free time with a vision identical to the one of your vacation.

Municipal elections in Québec

Is this an interesting topic for the general population? Unfortunately not. We live in a democracy all quiet, without too much heckling and no rebellion, no matter what our elected officials are doing. Speaking of elect one, I mean of course all the elected municipal, provincial and federal governments. This is the whole problem, we assume that these individuals will do what is best for the community without too much damage.

Lack of participation in elections is dangerous for certain cities. In some part of the province, municipal officials are not, let's say too transparent. Conflicts of interest abounded and in many cases small businesses in these regions are the losers.

Bad news, it's no different in big cities, think of Montreal right now, no need to say more.

As citizens we must protect this freedom, this democracy allow us to express our ideas and our choices before, during and after the elections. You think a little vote does not make a difference? Ask some elected officials what they think and do some research, your discovery will help you understand that every vote is crucial and vital, especially on behalf of freedom of expression.

Physical activities

You find it difficult to exercise, forget training programs if you are not an active person. You'll have much better results if you find an activity you like, without illogically investing to much money and which has a duration of at least 30 minutes a day about 4 to 5 days per week.

The results will be slow, but steady. The more your health and fitness improve, the more you'll want to move and have fun. Have fun when you participate, otherwise, you quickly stop this routine because it will be boring. Remember, losing weight in an intelligent way is slow simply because it's very likely that your weight gain took place over several years.

Environment - Our influence

It’s not easy to get involved in large scale when we didn’t have the knowledge and decision-making position to act on a large scale, but this doesn’t mean you can’t have impact on solutions.
Why get involved if our influence is so weak? Like everything, when there is doubt that it can be resolved, we must take the bull by the horns and act. Even if your actions are very small scales, they have an impact on your immediate environment and perhaps you will influence someone else to do the same thing as you.

Life is short - Believe in yourself

How many times you've been told to enjoy life because it's so short? Often, very often, but did you understood the meaning of this statement? I'm suggesting to take few moments and to make a deep thouht on what you really want to do in life. Act now, take time to find out what you really like, find out what really turns you on, causing you to sleepless night because you are too excited to wait to do it. Is it so difficult to believe in you, I ask you?
