The road of life is sometimes a little fuzzy!

What a beautiful way to express, for most people a constant feeling. There was a time during the last century (much of the century) where it was not hard to make its game plan to face life. For men it was simply to find a job in a big company to find a spouse who was pleasant in the same social class, have children and participate in some volunteer activities o finally arrive at retirement peacefully!

For women, it was to find a working spouse, with a sense of responsibility and family, having children, watching over them and ensure that children are always well dressed and are fed properly. In addition, women should make sure to keep the house clean, in order to ensure that the spouse is not obliged to participate in housework and childcare.

Obviously you sketch a little smile with this little syllabus on the planning of the life of the time because it was certainly not so simple.

Why is it so difficult today to find the path that we want to take in life?
The answer is very simple because the number of paths is incalculable. We have so many choices, so many opportunities that we are simply stunned by this whirlwind of choice.

Why make a choice?
During your life, most of you will not make a single choice, but several choices. Along the way, several events outside your control, will force you to make choices in spite of you will. In many cases you will have to make these choices without really being prepared, simply because most of the circumstances of life are unpredictable.

There is no recipe to make good choices, there is the experience, circumstances and luck. Life is never black or white, it is gray and shades vary daily. Do not look for perfection and do not be afraid to make mistakes. The worst mistake is to stand still and let things go. If you do this, all decisions will be taken by others and be assured that most of these decisions will not be in your favor.

Accept the fact that life is a blur standing
Do not be afraid of uncertainty, because everything is not 100% clear, do not forget that this gives us some leeway to change things during the journey. Indeed, we can do it the same way that we avoid the obstacles and we adapt our behavior on the road, we can do the same thing with our lives.

When rules are too rigid and plans too perfect it is failing to ignore the particularities of each human being, the situation surrounding, the new knowledge that change the order of things. The vagueness of the road of  life is what allows us to grow up, learning to cope with adversity in spite of ourselves and is what makes life so exciting.

Unfortunately there are always tragic events that can really affect your life very negatively, but will you stay hidden all your life trying to avoid the inevitable?

Tenacity

If you watched the football game of the Alouettes, you had a fine example of tenacity. I must admit to being stubborn for a period of 2 hours is not the end of the world, but it's still better than most professional sports teams who have not the heart to make an effort for 60 minutes. Anyway, what to remember is to always push until you get the expected final result.

Even if you do not succeed in reaching your goals, you have the satisfaction of having done your best and that is what is the most important. If you want to be inspire by a fine example of tenacity, think of the English people during the Second World War inspired by one of the greatest speeches of Sir Winston Churchill: "never never never never never never never never never give up."

Now, how to apply this kind of philosophy in the life of everybody in our daily life?
Do not believe that this type of behavior applies only in exceptional circumstances, this type of behavior applies in everything you do in your life. For example, if you have children and these children go to school, you definitely need a lot of tenacity to help and guide them throughout their studies. You understand that this toughness is difficult it is spread over several years, therefore you deserve to have a lot more merit for your tenacity than the sports teams.

Another example concerns almost everyone, is the energy and tenacity required to work or in your business. To earn a good living it takes a lot of energy and discipline. For those who decide to make a career in one field or another and to take positions with greater responsibility, it is definitely be very tough to follow the evolution of technologies, rapid changes and unexpected market and all rules dictated by government.

Do not idealize the achievements of people of notoriety. Look carefully at what you do every day and what you must assume as responsibility and you will notice that you show great tenacity. You're probably a good example for many others, for your children and some of your relatives.

Take time to appreciate the value of what you do and how you act every day. Maybe you do not make a quick glare as some people well known, but what you do every day is by far what is most remarkable of all exploits.

Ask yourself the right questions about your behavior and make a list of what you do with tenacity on a regular basis. You certainly deserve to hear the song every morning "we are the champions" from Queen rock band.

Feeding his brain with the right information

Everything that enters our mind acts more or less strongly in our minds one way or another. Do not be naive and believe you are able to manage all the information you're exposed to. We must at all costs choose what goes into our minds, you must avoid exposure to sources of information that is negative and does not allow you to entertain or to grow.

Life must be lived with a sense of pleasure and the evolution of the human race. Any other goal in life should be consistent with these simple principles, but very difficult to achieve when you allow any kind of information reach your mind. Deliberately I subtract any reference to any concept of faith or religion, please include it if you want, it blends very well in the evolution of the human race, unless of course you have regressive or closed religion.

Feeding your mind is not a simple task, it is not easy to choose the information we want to receive, most of the time we received this information involuntarily and without supervision or even a choice. By cons, a large amount of information we received is entirely under our control, it is thought that the simplest things such as television news, newspapers and even to some extent what from the Internet.

Many people attribute their depressive feelings, negative and angry at their childhoods, their financial situations, their social contexts and even disadvantageous to their spouse. In reality there are certainly some things, but for most of us it is mainly the fact that the information we received on a daily basis maintain the contextual causes and developing new ones that are not part of our lives.

For example, it is difficult to watch starving children , with no opportunity to learn to possibly improve their lives, who are forced to work at a young age. These images and stories affect us and often we feel powerless, cynical about society or even guilty for not doing more for these children other than give money to implement desperately trying to help. These situations are generally presented in a questionable way.

At the same time we get impatient with our own children because they cannot appreciate the extraordinary opportunity they have to live under skies of peace and opportunity available to a minority living on this earth. We ask our children to have an adult behavior to face situations and in doing so we provoqued conflicting family situations due to information presented out of context and above that are not adapted to the level of development and consciousness children can have, teenagers and even young adults under 30 years.

This example may be too complex for certain person, but it affects a large number of people who use this information to understand their children things that are totally beyond their reach. As a human being you can change the world by changing yourself, but certainly not trying to change others, and even less with examples from a context that is quite inappropriate as the example described above.

Of course all this gives a final result a gloomy atmosphere, negative, not constructive or even demoralizing for both adults and children. Such information shall not be received so sensational as do most of the media now. This information must be gathered objectively and in particular with an overview of the situation, not just the consequences that are sometimes less dramatic than what we present. Hence, the importance of managing what comes, do not let the mass media to invade your mind, you must avoid, condemn, ignore it and especially do not expose yourself to these sources of unhealthy information and devastating.

Tell me how you manage what feeds your brain.
